Standard delivery time after processing and shipping:

• 2-5 business days to Canada
• 4-10 business days to U.S

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. OZANI can assume no liability in such cases.

Here are some recommendations we suggest in keeping your jewelry looking great:

• Store your jewelry in its own box. Either one you have or in the soft cloth provided by OZANI.
  
  
• Avoid sweat, perfume, chlorine, or other hard chemicals. Even though all of our pieces are rust-free and tarnish-free, exposure to these elements may cause the piece to lose some of its shine.
  
  
• Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or
  abrasives, as these can damage the finish and stones.
